The bones of this story are so very good. Unfortunately, the details are so mind-numbingly boring that I'm having trouble continuing. The only thing that makes me push on is that I know.

This is incredibly wordy. Way too much backstory and setting up. Bored outta my mind. Bring on the creepy, ffs.

Lots of backstory. Definitely puts everything into perspective - something that's missing in its cinematic counterpart. Though I like knowing it all, I'm ready to get to the meaty part.
