Roar and Liv

Roar and Liv - Meh. It was okay. I like Roar, but I like the Roar from AFTER this short story. This takes place before Under the Never Sky. It gives the background to Roar and Liv's tale, but I wasn't happy with either of their behaviors. Roar, especially, was petty and childish towards Liv, despite their circumstances not being her fault. There was a lot of Perry, but I felt disconnected from him. The action scenes, as always, were riveting and they're this story's saving grace. This story is neither here nor there. One plus is that there's an excerpt of Through the Ever Night at the end. ^_^
